The Search for Perfection

  1. Good post – good reminder. I would say, however, that your statement “Does this mean that we should continually be beating ourselves up? I think, in a way, it does” was confusing and caused a knee-jerk reaction before I read the rest of the post. The word choice of “beating ourselves up” is not necessarily the best, I think. But still, thanks for the reminder.

  2. I agree with Steven’s post about the “beating ourselves up,” but I also want to commend you on a clear, insightful, and refreshing reminder on what it means to be made perfect. Understood in the context of God’s unfailing love for us, it is such a beautiful process!
